It typically takes up to 14 days for samples to arrive, but can take longer depending on factors which are sometimes out of our control. Unfortunately we are not able to track deliveries so will not be able to provide anything beyond confirmation that your sample has been shipped.

As part of your sampling experience, we will send you a couple of different emails. At the bottom of these emails, there’s a link that you can click to find out if your sample has been despatched or not.
Postal services estimate that up to 1% of all post is lost or damaged. Unfortunately, as we have fixed quantities of samples for each campaign we’re not usually able to resend samples that have arrived damaged.

Upload or take a clear photo of your receipt showing the purchase.
Make sure all required details are visible: retailer name, product purchased, date, and time.
Please note: only one image per receipt is accepted, and all corners and item details must be included

- The name of the retailer
- The purchase of the item
- The date and time of the transaction"
No. Only one image per receipt is accepted. Ensure the entire receipt fits clearly in a single photo.
Make sure to take a clear photo of the entire receipt, including the retailer name, product, and date/time—all in one image. If the photo is blurry, we won’t be able to validate your receipt. If your receipt is too long or hard to capture clearly, consider purchasing the item on a separate receipt for easier submission.
Cashback will be processed and sent to your PayPal or Venmo account within 3–5 business days.
Double-check that the photo is clear and includes all required details. If you believe the submission was valid, contact our support team for assistance.
No, at the moment we can only accept printed receipts from the store
